  • Raw mango(de-seeded, peeled and cubed) – 1no
  • Chilly sauce – 1tsp
  • Soy sauce – 4tbsp
  • Curry leaves(finely chopped) – 1spring
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 1tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing raw mango sambal, cook the raw mango in water till it becomes soft and mushy. Smash the cooked raw mango with the back of a spoon.
  2. Put the smashed raw mango in a large bowl, add the salt, chilly sauce, soy sauce, finely chopped curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  3. Raw mango sambal is ready. Serve as a side dish.
