Instructions
  1. For preparing red cottage cheese curry, heat oil in a vessel, toss in the onions and garlic. Saute it over low flame till the onions become transparent.
  2. Add in the beetroot and garam masala. Saute it for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add in the cumin seeds and green chillies. Saute well.
  4. Put in coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, tomatoes and chilly powder. Mix it well and allow it to simmer with a little water till the beetroot is half done.
  5. Toss in the paneer cubes and allow it to simmer till done.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves.
  7. Red cottage cheese curry is ready. Serve hot with vegetable pulao.
