Instructions
  1. For preparing red-wine baked lamb, pound rosemary, pepper corns, garlic, salt and olive oil.
  2. Rub the pound mixture on the lamb and place it in a baking tray.
  3. Pour the full bottle of red wine on top of the lamb and bake it for 3 hours an low heat till the flesh falls from the bone.
  4. Red-wine baked lamb is ready. Serve hot for parties.
