Instructions
  1. For preparing medu vada, grind raw rice and split black gram separately. Mix it well together.
  2. Add in the green chillies, onion and salt. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  4. Take a bit of the mixture in your wet hands and make a hole in the middle. Deep fry it in oil.
  5. Rice vada`s are ready. Serve hot with chutney.
