Instructions
  1. For preparing rice with veggies and juice, first cook the rice.
  2. Heat water in a vessel. Cook the onion and garlic until the onion becomes translucent. Mix frequently.
  3. Add in the peas, coconut, cauliflower, ginger, turmeric powder and salt. Allow it to cook till it becomes soft.
  4. Once the veggies are cooked add in the cooked rice, orange juice and almond powder. Mix it. Remove from the flame.
  5. Smash it immediately using a fork.
  6. Rice with veggies and juice is ready.
  7. Note: 1)Almonds are low in saturated fat and contain many other protective nutrients like calcium and magnesium - for strong bones.
  8. Contains vitamin E and protects against cardiovascular disease and even cancer
