Instructions
  1. For preparing roasted duck with orange juice, take a bowl and mix in olive oil, salt, rosemary, pepper powder and grated garlic. Marinate the duck breast with this mixture for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  3. Place the marinated duck breast into a baking dish and pour orange juice over it. Cover it with a foil paper and allow it to cook in the preheated oven.
  4. Turn duck pieces over and allow it to cook uncovered until browned.
  5. Roasted duck with orange juice is ready. Serve hot.
