  • Semolina(Rava) – 2cups
  • Milk 4cups
  • Sugar 3cups
  • Ghee 2cups
  • Rose essence – 1tsp
  • Rose milk syrup – 3tsp
  • Raisins 1/2cup
  • Cashew nuts – 1/2cup
  • Cherries – 1/2cup
  1. For preparing rose kesari, take a vessel and roast rava with ghee.
  2. Add in milk, sugar, rose essence and rose milk syrup. When it starts becoming thick add 1 tbsp of raisins, 1 tbsp of cashew nuts and 1 tbsp cherries. Mix well.
  3. Once it starts leaving the sides of the vessel, put the flame off and pour it into a greased flat tray.
  4. Spread the remaining raisins, cashew nuts and cherries. Allow it to cool.
  5. Rose kesari is ready.
