  • Cottage cheese(chopped in big cubes, Paneer) - 200 g
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seed powder(Jeerakam podi) - 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron(Kesri) - 1/2 tsp
  • Yoghurt - 1 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing saffron mutton kabab, marinate the paneer and mutton pieces in a mixture of cumin powder, oil, yoghurt, salt, lime juice, garam masala, chilly powder and saffron over night.
  2. Pierce the mutton pieces and paneer onto the skewers and barbeque until cooked. Remove it.
  3. Saffron mutton kebab¦s are ready. Serve hot as a starter.
