Instructions
  1. For preparing salad cucumber kichidi, first grate the salad cucumber and squeeze the juice out. Keep it aside in a bowl.
  2. Grind coconut, mustard seeds and green chillies to a fine paste. Pour this into the bowl of grated salad cucumber.
  3. Add in salt and curd. Mix it well.
  4. Salad cucumber kichidi is ready.
