  • Corn flour – 1tbsp
  • Sea salt 1tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 1tbsp
  • Chilly powder – 1tsp
  • King prawns(peeled, tails left on) – 6nos
  • Oil for frying – 500ml
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cornflour, salt, chilly powder and coriander leaves.
  2. Add the king prawns and toss until coated.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep, heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  4. Deep fry the prawns for 30 seconds and then drain on kitchen towels.
  5. :- Serve hot.
