  • Dark soy sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Tamarind juice - 4 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing sambal kecap, sautT the onion in a pan with oil till it becomes a bit brown. Keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix in fresh red chilly, fried onion, garlic, soy sauce, tamarind juice and hot water. Keep it aside for 30 minutes then serve it.
  3. Sambal kecap is ready.
