  • Hamour fillet - 7k g
  • Onions(chopped) - 50 g
  • Tahina(sauce made of sesame seeds) - 600 g
  • garlic(chopped) - 5 cloves
  • Lemon juice - 600 g
  • Green peppers(chopped) - 75 g
  • Red peppers(chopped) - 75 g
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 400 g
  • olive oil - 100 g
  • Green chillies(slit) - 60 g
  • Pine nuts - 50 g

Instructions
  1. For preparing samkem barra, roast the fish in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes. When the fish is cooked remove it from the oven.
  2. Saute the onions and garlic till golden brown.
  3. Add in coriander leaves, red peppers, green peppers and green chillies. Fry it for 5 minutes. 4)Then add in the tahina with lemon juice and stir well. Allow it to heat through.
  4. Place the cooked fish on a plate and coat it with the prepared sauce.
  5. Garnish with pine nuts.
  6. Samkem barra is ready.
