  • Chicken Sausages(chopped) - 2 cups
  • Noodles - 200 g
  • Onion(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • garlic(minced) - 1 clove
  • Carrot(finely chopped) - 100 g
  • Tomato(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing sausage noodles, cook the noodles in boiling water. Remove it from flame and drain it.
  2. Marinate the sausages in chilly powder mixed with little water. Mix it well.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the sausages till light brown. Remove it and keep it aside.
  4. In the same oil, cook the vegetables one by one.
  5. Add soya sauce and pepper powder to it. Mix well.
  6. Add the fried sausages to the above mixture and stir well.
  7. Add the above mixture to the cooked noodles and stir it well on low flame with a little water.
  8. After some time take it from the flame.
  9. Sausage noodles is ready. Serve hot.
