Instructions
  1. For preparing scrambled egg coconut curry, heat oil in a vessel.
  2. Saute in onion, tomato, green chillies and curry leaves. SautT till the onion becomes brown in colour.
  3. Sprinkle in chilly powder, garam masala, garam masala, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Saute it for 1 minute.
  4. Add in the beaten eggs and scramble it.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and add in the coriander leaves. Mix it and remove it from the flame immediately.
  6. Scrambled egg coconut curry is ready. Serve with chappathi, bread etc.
