Instructions
  1. For preparing semolina beetroot idly¦s, grind semolina and split black gram together.
  2. Mix it with salt.
  3. Keep it overnight to ferment.
  4. Mix in the grated beetroot, onion and curry leaves well.
  5. Grease the idly moulds with some oil and pour the beetroot batter in the moulds.
  6. Steam it in an idly steamer till done.
  7. Remove it from the steamer and allow it to cool.
  8. Semolina beetroot idlys are ready. Serve with chutney.
