  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Parsley(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
  • Bread slices - 4 slices
  • Cheese(grated) -
  • Sesame seeds(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing sesame potato sandwich, take a bowl and mix in mashed potatoes, pepper powder, salt, onion, tomato, tomato sauce, parsley and coriander leaves.
  2. Spread each portion on a slice of bread and press well. 3)Sprinkle grated cheese and sesame seeds on each slice.
  3. Toast it till the bread slices are toasted crisp. 5)Repeat this procedure with the other slices and remaining potato mixture.
  4. Sesame potato sandwich is ready. Serve hot for breakfast.
