Instructions
  1. For preparing shallots curry, heat oil in a pan.
  2. Saute turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, ginger and salt for 1 minute.
  3. Add in the shallots and required water. Allow it to cook till it becomes tender.
  4. Mix in the tamarind pulp and jaggery. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
  6. Shallots curry is ready. Serve hot.
