Instructions
  1. For preparing shallots dry, heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Saute in the cumin seeds.
  3. Add in the tomato paste with chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Saute it for 2 minutes on low flame with curry leaves.
  4. Toss in the small onions and mix it well. Allow it to cook on low flame with a closed lid for 5 minutes.
  5. Shallots dry is ready. Serve hot as a side dish or with chapatti.
