Ingredients
  • Chicken : 5(breast pieces preferred) – 6no
  • Cabbage : ½ piece –
  • Mayonnaise : 5 tsp –
  • Garlic cloves : 4 nos –
  • Oil : as reqd –
  • Salt : as reqd –
  • Kuboose / Nan / Paratha : 8 nos –
Instructions
  1. Boil the chicken with salt.
  2. When cooked well, allow to cool and then shred meat from the bones.
  3. Fry it in an oiled pan for 5 minutes stirring every minute.
  4. Chop the cabbage into small pieces and in a deep oiled pan, cook it until the fresh green smell goes (approximately 10 mins). (optional: Can also add 1 tomato, cut into small pieces to this)
  5. In the meantime, in a mixer grinder / blender, mix well the mayonnaise together with garlic cloves and 4 tsp of water. (Optional: you can also add 1 egg white for making it thicker)
  6. Add the chicken pieces and mayonnaise – garlic paste to the cabbage.
  7. Stir well and cook for 1 more minute.
  8. Enter Step
  9. Use this in between two paratha / kubboos / nan and serve hot. Can also be rolled out in between 1 paratha / kubboos / nan.
