Instructions
  1. For preparing sheermal, knead a smooth dough with maida, ghee, milk, sugar and salt(add water if required). Cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it aside.
  2. Make small balls and roll it out in a thin circle.
  3. Deep fry them in hot oil.
  4. Sheermal is ready. Serve hot with chicken kebabs.
