  • Beans(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Shallots(finely cubed, Kunjulli) - 5 cups
  • Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot(finely cubed) - 1 no
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Eggs(lightly beaten) - 2 nos

Instructions
  1. For preparing simple chicken fried rice, heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add in the chicken, shallots, capsicum, corn, peas, beans and carrots. Stir until half cooked.
  3. Toss in the rice and cook for 5 minutes. Stirring it in intervals.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and stir it.
  5. Scramble the eggs in another vessel and toss it in the rice.
  6. Simple chicken fried rice is ready. Serve hot.
