Simple Chicken Fried Rice
Fried rice is a popular Chinese dish,but it is made all around the world in its own variations. It is an easy but tasty fried rice recipe using chicken.

  • Basmati rice – 1cup
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger( chopped ) – 1small
  • Beans(finely chopped ) – 5
  • Carrots(finely chopped ) – 1
  • Chicken – 5small
  • Egg 1
  • Soya Sauce – 2tbsp
  • Sugar 1/4tsp
  • Pepper powder 1tsp
  • Salt to taste –
  1. Boil the rice and drain it through a strainer, let it cool.
  2. Cook the chicken pieces along with salt and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onion, ginger beans, Carrots and stir fry the vegetables.
  4. Beat the eggs very well and add into the pan and scramble it.Then add chicken pieces and mix well.
  5. Add cooked rice, mix it. Finally add pepper powder, soya sauce , salt ( check & add) and stir fry together, till the sauce coats with the rice.
  6. Simple Chicken Fried Rice is ready to serve. Serve it hot.
