  1. Boil the eggs. 2)Heat oil in a tawa and saute chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  2. Now add onion and saute until it becomes light in colour.
  3. Next add chopped tomato and let it cook till the water from onion and tomatoes come out.
  4. Add the egg masala as per instruction and add water.
  5. When curry starts to boil, add the eggs. Remember to give a slit in the middle of the eggs.
  6. Put the curry leaves and close with a lid for two minutes and turn off the gas.
  7. Serve egg curry with phulkas or chappathi. Enjoy your dish.
