Simple Mixed Tawa Vegetables
A simple mixed vegetables curry.

Ingredients
  • Lady finger(Okra) – 50gm
  • Baigan(Egg Plant) – 50gm
  • Karela(Bitter guard) – 50gm
  • Beans – 50gm
  • Cauliflower – 50gm
  • Carrot 50gm
  • Bell pepper – 50gm
  • Onion(finely chopped, small size) – 1no
  • Tomato(finely chopped) – 1no
  • garlic(chopped) – 2cloves
  • Ginger(finely chopped) – 1small
  • Oil 1tbsp
  • Lemon juice –
  • Red chilli powder 1tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Dhaniya powder – 1/2tsp
  • Salt(to taste) –
Instructions
  1. Mix the Oil, Lemon Juice and all the powder masala into a thick paste.
  2. Marinate chopped vegetables in this paste for half to hour.
  3. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a tawa.
  4. Add the garlic, ginger and onions and sautT it well till the onion is lightly brown.
  5. Add the marinated vegetable mix to it and little water (just to cook the veg).
  6. Cook them for about 10-12 minutes. :- Make sure not to over cook, the vegetables should taste crunch and cooked.
  7. :- Serve hot!!!
