  • Basmathi rice(cooked) - 5 cups
  • Oysters(cleaned) - 3 cups
  • Beans(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Shallots(finely cubed, Kunjulli) - 5 cups
  • Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot(finely cubed) - 1 no
  • Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Eggs(lightly beaten) - 2 nos

Instructions
  1. For preparing simple oyster fried rice, heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add in the oysters, shallots, capsicum, corn, peas, beans and carrots. Stir until half cooked.
  3. Toss in the rice and cook for 5 minutes stirring it in intervals.
  4. Pour in oyster sauce and stir it.
  5. Scramble the eggs in another vessel and toss it in the rice.
  6. Simple oyster fried rice is ready. Serve hot.
