Ingredients
  • Salmon(cut into small) – 1lb
  • Fresh ground Black pepper – 2tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Lime – 1/2pc
  • Red chilly powder – 1tsp
Instructions
  1. Squeeze the lime over the salmon.
  2. Mix little water and other ingredients to make a paste.
  3. Marinate the salmon with the above paste for 10 – 20 mins.
  4. Pour some light oil (like Sunflower Oil ) in a flat pan and stir fry.
  5. :- Serve hot.
