  • *Vegetable Stock – 5cups
  • *Murmure – ½cup
  • Carrot(cut into round slices) – 1no
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Mushrooms(A few) –
  • Ajinomoto – 1/2tsp
  • Spinach leaves(cut into pieces, Cheera) – 8
  • Soya Sauce – 1tbsp
  • Paneer(cut into cubes) – 100gm
  • Sherry – ¼tsp
  • Black pepper – ¼tsp
  • *Make them crisp by frying. –
For making vegetable stock:
  1. For making veg stock:- Mix everything in a pressure cooker, cover it with it¦s lid and boil for 15 minutes. If you want to make a clear soup, don`t mash it. Turn off the gas. Strain using a strainer. Use the liquid for making soup.
  2. For making the soup:- 1)Make vegetable stock.
  3. Add to it mushrooms, carrots and spinach.
  4. Next, add paneer cubes.
  5. Mix ajinomoto, salt and black pepper.
  6. Add soya sauce and sherry.
  7. While serving, add murmure.
  8. :- Serve hot with chilly sauce.
