Ingredients
  • rava 1cup –
  • Curd – 1cup
  • Mustard – 1tsp
  • Kadalaparippu – 1tsp
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Green chillies 5chopped
  • Cashew nuts – 5
Instructions
  1. Fry rava in a kadai
  2. Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds .When it crackles add bengal gram,curry leaves,cashew nuts.
  3. Add this mix to fried rava .
  4. Add curd to this mix .
  5. Add little water to this .
  6. Add little water to this and mix properly.
  7. pour batter in idli stands .
  8. delicious rave idly is ready to serve.
  9. And have to steam for 15 minutes.
  10. Now delicious rava idly is ready to serve.
  11. Eat with coconut chutney or sambhar.
