  1. Clean the fish by peeling off its skin, cut the sides of head and wash it nicely.
  2. Add chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste and salt as required
  3. Marinate the fish in masala and keep it for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry both sides till golden brown in colour
  5. Sole fish fry is ready to serve.
