For seasoning:
  1. For preparing Soosla first soak puffed rice in 1/2 cup of water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add salt, cut chillies and yoghurt and mix well. If you need more thin consistency, add more curd or buttermilk.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add the ingredients for seasoning.
  5. Pour it over the prepared mixture.
  6. Garnish with finely cut onions.
