Instructions
  1. For preparing sour rabbit with green mango, in a big bowl add in rabbit pieces, onion seeds, ginger, garlic, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well.
  2. Then add in half of the mango pieces and mix it.
  3. Heat the oil in vessel and fry the sliced onions until golden brown on low flame.
  4. Toss in the curry leaves and mix well.
  5. Add in the rabbit pieces into the pan and stirring it for 10 minutes over medium flame.
  6. Pour in required water, for the rabbit to cook. Allow the water to absorb completely.
  7. Add the remaining mango, tomatoes, green chillies and fresh coriander.
  8. Sour rabbit with green mango is ready. Serve hot with rice, chapatti, etc.
