South Indian Naattu Kozhi Gravy
Naatu kozhi kulambu is an all time favorite for most chicken lovers especially if you are from the south part of India. Its a spicy curry blended with all natural spices and coconut.

  1. clean and wash the chicken
  2. in kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard and curry leaves
  3. add chopped onion and saute it until it turn into brown
  4. add chopped tomato and mix well
  5. add coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well
  6. add ginger garlic paste and mix well
  7. add onion paste and mix well and allow for 5 minutes until the raw smell goes out
  8. add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, black pepper and salt and mix well
  9. add chicken, mix well
  10. allow to cook in medium flame for 10 minutes
  11. add coconut paste and mix well
  12. add required water and allow to boil it until the chicken get cooked well and it becomes in gravy consistency
  13. naattu kozhi chicken gravy is ready. serve with hot rice
