Instructions
  1. For preparing soya masala, cook soya chunks in salt water. Squeeze the water, cut it into cubes and keep it aside.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a vessel.
  3. Saute in onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies, grated coconut and curry leaves for 3 minutes on low flame.
  4. Add in chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt. Saute it well.
  5. When a nice smell comes, toss in the tomatoes and cooked soya chunks. Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves, mix it and remove it from the flame.
  7. Soya masala is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
