Instructions
  1. For preparing spanish pork, take a bowl, add in maida, pepper powder and salt. Cover the pork pieces with this mixture.
  2. Take a pressure cooker, add in the maida coated pork, salt, capsicum, onion and mushrooms. Mix well.
  3. Add a little water and the tomatoes. Mix well and allow it to cook.
  4. Once it cooks, allow it to boil till dry. Remove it from the flame.
  5. Then add the cream.
  6. Spanish pork is ready. Serve hot.
