Instructions
  1. For preparing special beef dry, heat oil in a pressure cooker over a medium heat and saute the onions till it becomes golden brown.
  2. Add in cardamom, dry red chillies, madras masala paste, turmeric powder, green chillies, cloves and star anise. Saute it for some time.
  3. Toss in the beef and mix well. Cover the pressure cooker with the lid and allow it to cook on low flame.
  4. Open the lid and allow it to boil if there is excess water.
  5. Then add in the tamarind juice, sugar and salt.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Special beef dry is ready. Serve hot with rice, chapatti, etc.
