Instructions
  1. For preparing special chicken kadai, heat oil in a pressure cooker, add green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  2. Then add onions and chopped tomatoes. Saute till the onions become light brown.
  3. Then add the tomato puree, roasted-powdered coriander seeds and roasted-powdered dry red chillies.
  4. Add chilly powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt. Saute it for 2 minutes on low flame.
  5. Then add in chicken, dry fenugreek leaves and capsicum.
  6. Add required water, close it and allow it to cook for 1 whistle.
  7. Open the lid and allow it to simmer till the gravy becomes thick.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves, mix it and remove it from the flame.
  9. Special chicken kadai is ready. Serve hot with parotta.
