Ingredients
  • Kayama rice – 1kg
  • Pure ghee 2-3tbsp
  • Onion 1/2
  • Carrot 1
  • Clove – 1-2
  • Cinnamon – 2pc
  • Cardamom 2
  • Almonds – 2,sliced
  • Salt(to taste) –
  • Water(as required) –
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and sauté cinnamon, clove, and cardamom in it.
  2. Add onion, carrot, almonds and sauté well.
  3. Pour water and salt as required and mix in the pure ghee. Boil.
  4. Mix in the rice and cook it well covered till water drains.
  5. Taste best with chicken curry or any non-veg stew.
