  • Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Tamarind juice - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing special goan crab curry, roast the coriander powder and keep it aside.
  2. Grind the roasted coriander powder, chilly powder, tamarind juice and grated coconut to a smooth paste.
  3. Heat oil in a vessel and saute the onions till the onions become a bit brown.
  4. Pour in the ground paste and saute well for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add in the crabs and salt. Allow it to cook.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Special goan crab curry is ready. Serve hot with bread, rice, etc.
