  • Small onions/shallots(peeled and finely cubed) - 2 nos
  • Green chilly(chopped) - 1 no

  • Lime juice - 1/2 lime

Instructions
  1. For preparing special grilled chicken with peanut dip sauce, mix together peanut oil, sesame oil, salt and half of the lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken pieces, cover it and put in the fridge for 1 hour. Soak 8-12 wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes before use, to prevent burning.
  3. Heat a little peanut oil in a vessel. SautT in the small onions, green chilly and garlic over low flame, stirring occasionally until it becomes soft.
  4. Add the peanut butter, water and remaining lime juice. Allow it to simmer, stirring constantly, until the peanut butter has become a semi thick dip.
  5. Meanwhile, soak the wooden skewers in water.
  6. Pierce the chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  7. Put it on a barbecue, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes, until it is cooked and browned.
  8. Special grilled chicken with peanut dip sauce is ready. Serve hot with the dip.
