  • Potatoes(peeled, boiled and coarsely smashed) - 2 nos
  • Spring onions(finely chopped) - 4 nos
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) - 4 nos
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Eggs - 2 nos
  • Breadcrumbs(As reqd) -
  • Black Pepper Powder(A pinch) -
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs
  • Mint springs(finely chopped) - 1 spring

Instructions
  1. For preparing special mutton cutlets, in a pan sautT the mince with a little oil and salt. Allow it to cook with a little water. 2)Allow it to boil till the water evaporates. Then allow it to cool.
  2. In a bowl mix in the mashed potatoes, cooked mutton mince, spring onions, salt, pepper powder, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves and one egg.
  3. Shape into cutlet shape and dip the cutlets in the remaining egg.
  4. Then coat it in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets till it becomes brown on both the sides.
  6. Special mutton cutlets are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
