Instructions
  1. For preparing special paneer curry, heat the oil in a large pan and fry the cumin seeds until they splutter.
  2. Add the onion, garlic and ginger. Fry for 10 minutes on low flame.
  3. Then add the curry paste, potato and green chillies. SautT for 3 minutes on low flame.
  4. Stir in the chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and a little water. Mix well and allow the potatoes to cook.
  5. Toss in the fried paneer and mix well.
  6. Then add the tomatoes and coriander leaves. Cook covered for 10 minutes on low flame.
  7. Garnish with curry leaves.
  8. Special paneer curry is ready. Serve hot with naan, chapathi, kulcha, etc.
