  • Carrot(peeled and finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
  • Potato(peeled and finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Water chestnuts(finely chopped) - 25 g
  • Chives(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Pine nuts - 25 g
  • White Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salad leaves(washed) - 6 nos

Instructions
  1. For preparing special vegetable roll, roast the pine nuts and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and saute the potato, carrot and baby corn for 5 minutes on medium flame with a little water.
  3. Add in water chestnuts, pine nuts and chives. Allow it to cook for 3 minutes and allow the water to evaporate.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Mix well for 2 minutes and remove it from the flame. Allow it to cool.
  5. Spread the salad leaves on a plate.
  6. Take a spoon full of the mixture and place it on each salad leaf.
  7. Special vegetable roll are ready. Roll it and serve immediately.
