  • Potatoes(peeled and chopped) - 2 nos
  • garlic(paste) - 3 tbsp
  • Tomatoes(paste) - 2 nos
  • Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(paste) - 4 springs
  • Lime juice - 4 tbsp
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter(melted) - 7 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy baked chicken, marinate the chicken with chilly powder, garam masala, coriander leaves paste, salt, garlic paste, tomato paste, lime juice and pepper overnight. 2)In a bowl mix the marinated chicken with carrots, butter, potatoes and spring onions. Keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Bake it in a baking tray till the chicken and the veggies are cooked.
  3. Spicy baked chicken is ready. Serve hot.
