  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add crushed ginger and garlic.
  2. Add Red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Saute for 1 minute and add curry leaves.
  4. Then add and sliced egg pieces.
  5. Combine the eggs with the masala slowly and cook it for 2 minutes in low flame.
  6. Convert into a plate and serve!:-)
