Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy carrot-coconut balls, take a bowl and mix in grated carrot, grated coconut, onion, maida, chilly powder, green chillies, salt, curry leaves and required amount of water. Make it a thick batter and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and spoon the mixture into the hot oil. Fry it on low flame till it becomes golden brown and done.
  3. Remove it from the oil and place it on a tissue paper to absorb the oil.
  4. Spicy carrot-coconut balls are ready. Serve hot with tea as a snack.
