Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy chicken liver dry fry, blend together turmeric powder, dry red chillies, coriander powder, pepper powder, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf to a fine powder.
  2. Then blend in the wet ingredients- shallots, vinegar and tomato to a fine paste.
  3. Marinate the chicken liver with the above paste and dry powder mixture for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Add the marinated chicken liver in a vessel and allow it to cook on low flame with a lid.
  5. Drizzle a little coconut oil when it becomes dry.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Spicy chicken liver dry fry is ready. Serve hot with bread.
