  1. For preparing spicy chicken pepper masala, marinate chicken with vinegar, pepper and salt.
  2. Fry it in oil. Keep aside.
  3. In same oil, fry onion, tomato and ginger-garlic paste.
  4. Add green chillies. Add dry chillies, chilly powder and coriander powder.
  5. Fry well. Add turmeric and salt.
  6. Add chicken pieces and little salt. Add water, cover and cook it.
  7. When done, serve it hot.
