  1. Marinate the chicken with chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and water as required.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the chicken in it.
  3. Heat oil in a vessel and sauté onion in it for 10 minutes.
  4. Add tomato and sauté it for 5 minutes.
  5. Add chicken masala, Chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt as required.
  6. Add chicken and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  7. Cook for 10-15 minutes, till done.
