  1. Cut the chicken into strips.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Fry seeds.
  4. Add leaves, onions, ginger, garlic, chilly and turmeric powder.
  5. Stir in puree.
  6. Moisten with a little water.
  7. Stir and fry chicken for 3 mins.
  8. Lower the heat and continue cooking until tender.
  9. Add the chillies and coriander and finish with lemon juice.
