Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy chicken with mixed nuts, soak the dry red chillies in vinegar and water for 1 hour. Grind it to a fine paste.
  2. Roast flaked almonds, ground nuts, pistachios and cashew nuts. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat groundnut oil in a vessel and saute coriander powder, cumin seeds and dried red chilly paste for 1 minute on low flame.
  4. Toss in the chicken and saute for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Add green chillies, curry leaves, garam masala, potato and salt. Saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour a little water for the chicken and potato to cook. Cook until done.
  7. Sprinkle in the roasted nuts and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  8. Spicy chicken with mixed nuts is ready. Serve hot.
